Both Shai and I would like to thank you for all your hard work and your personal dedication in making this very important event, the "YPO-WPO A Connoisseurs Verona", such a special experience for all the attendees as well as for us.
This was the first time we have taken a group to Verona and we soon realised how lucky we were to have found you and your organisation, as without you this event would not have been the success that it was. Your experience and knowledge of Verona meant that we felt in safe hands at all times. You understood immediately the level of service required for our important guests and you exceeded our expectations throughout the planning period and on site. Somehow you managed to keep your cool at times of high pressure and deal calmly and professionally with any issue that was put in front of you. We had dreams of creating VERY exclusive experiences which would not be available to 'the public' and you welcomed all our far fetched ideas and somehow made them happen.
This event was a huge success for YPO-WPO and also on a personal level for the Champion Shai Misan and myself as Project Director. We are delighted to confirm that YPO-WPO A Connoisseurs Verona were awarded the VERY special accolade of the BEST OF THE BEST recognition from YPO-WPO for the entire year of 2010. This is an amazing achievement for all of us who were involved.
We hope to require your high level of service again soon, but until that time we will be sure to recommend you to others.

.... If you are an opera enthusiast but, like me, a bit of a duffer at plots, then there's a useful pre-show lecture called Anteprima Opera, a talk by an opera expert and conductor, held in the gorgeous Palazzo Verità Poeta, a stone's thorw from the Arena.
It's a great way to start the evening. The talk (in italian with English and German translation through headphones) is geared to the opera being performed in the Arena that night.
Sitting in the wonderful trompe l'oeil hall, 40 or so of us watched Maestro Fabio fapanni talking us through Aida while floor-shaking accompainiment fron the bass-baritone Victor Garcia Sierra... If this useful pre-amble doesn't get the juices flowing, then there's always the buffet afterwards. It's a feast of local treats - including some superb cheeses and nearby Soave or Valpolicella wines.

Thank you, I’m very well. Hoping you are well too. The days in Verona I’ll never forget. It was wonderful. The Anteprima Opera was a great idea to join in the opera Aida. And the opera was an experience, wonderful singers and acoustics.

I am coming back 2 hours before to my "computer" in Budapest und would like to say you once more a lot of thanks for the nice hotel and all the extra invitation to opera, Anteprima Opera and gastronomic enjoyments.
We have seen a lot, not only the well known tourist attractions, but a lot of finer details too in Verona and around….

Il soggiorno veronese così ben organizzato ha infatti coinciso con la data del mio genetliaco, trascorso con grande soddisfazione prima con “Anteprima Opera”, con la cena e con “ La Traviata ” all’Arena, poi con il pernottamento nel confortevole Hotel Leopardi, e, infine, con il Giro dei Castelli nella giornata di sabato 25. La ringrazio ancora dell’ospitalità confermando tutta la mia soddisfazione professionale per quanto state mettendo a disposizione dei visitatori, degli appassionati melomani, dei turisti, e di quanti amano le cose belle….
