Beside the Arena Lyric Festival, Anteprima OPERA (OPERA preview) proposes also for 2012 the afternoon meetings aimed at preparing for the vision of the operas planned in the roman Arena.
THE EVENTS
The Events are held in the marvellous atmosphere of the ancient church of Santa Maria in Chiavica, near Piazza delle Erbe and only 5 minutes on foot from the Arena of Verona.
After the Welcome Aperitif begins the Musical Conversation, during which an expert Maestro pianist and a solo-Singer lead you through the opera's meaning, explaining the main happenings of the plot, the music and the composer's life.
The musical meeting, focused on the opera's analysis, take place in Italian language, always followed by an English translation.
It is also possible to participate at typical Dinner organized in great restaurants of the citycentre right before your participation at the opera in the roman Arena. An unique occasion to taste renowned wines and the authentic Cuisine of Verona.

5:30 p.m.: "Guided listening" to the Opera in program the same evening in the roman Arena,
with Maestro at the piano and Soloist
